FAQs
7th and 8th graders may play if they are necessary to complete a team. However, due to limited accommodations this year, the attending school would need to provide other accommodations for 7th and 8th graders.
At least three weeks before the tournament, your school’s main contact will receive an emailed roster to list everyone attending the tournament.
If you have any changes after the roster is submitted, or if you are unsure if you have been registered, please contact us at 850-969-1696.
In addition to clothing and game apparel, players should bring:
- Bible
- towels and washcloths
- pillow
- twin-size linens (sleeping bag or mattress topper recommended for comfort)
- toiletries
- spending money

Games begin early Thursday afternoon and conclude late Friday afternoon.
Currently, we only livestream the championship games. However, final scores for each tournament game are posted to the website shortly after games are completed.
Private rooms are available for each team to change and use during games. There are laundry rooms available for teams to use in the residence halls.
Participants are issued Guest Cards at check-in, which allow tap access to their rooms and meals. Money may also be added to the card account to make purchases on campus.
Cash or credit/debit cards may be used to add funds to Guest Card accounts at any of the add-value machines on campus. These machines are located in the Sports Center, Commons, the Academic Center, and each of the residence halls. Note that funds cannot be added to the card account until the card is issued at check-in.
Yes! However, some locations, such as laundry machines, accept only Guest Cards.
Guest Card account balances may be checked at any add-value machine on campus.
Do not store your Guest Card with your cell phone, near a wireless charger, or by anything magnetic, since this may damage the electronic chip inside your card. Do not punch holes in the card or allow the card to be bent, scratched, or left in extreme temperatures.
Lost Guest Cards must be reported immediately to Card Services (AC 112) or the Information Desk to protect your funds. When a card is lost or stolen, the account balance is not protected until the card is officially reported missing and deactivated, so do so promptly. The card account balance from the time of the deactivation will be available for use on your replacement card. If you have received a replacement Guest Card and later find your original, the original should be cut up and discarded immediately. Only the most recently issued Guest Card will be valid for accessing campus or purchasing.
Leftover funds may be refunded by visiting the Cashier’s Office (Administration Building, 1st floor) with your Guest Card Monday–Friday between 7:45 a.m. and 4 p.m. Funds expire if left on the Guest Card account after the event and will be donated to PCC.
Unless there’s an emergency situation, please plan to stay until Saturday morning.
